The general secretary of the political party Comité d’Action pour le Renouveau (CAR) has reacted about the exclusion of the four main members of Union des Forces de Changement (UFC).
As far as Mr Kissi is concerned, the situation undergone by the nine MP of Alliance Nationale pour le Changement (ANC) in 2010 can no longer occur in the new assembly because rules have changed.
« According to the new rules of the assembly, every MP in case of dismission must size himself the president of the institution by his letter of dismission. If not, there is no dismission », said Kissi on radio Victoire FM Wednesday morning.
