About two weeks after the first entering of the new parliament of the 5th Republic, its members have elected their president and their directing board. That is honourable Dama Dramani, the deputy of the party of power Union for the Republic (UNIR) who succeeded Mr Abass Bonfo. The vice-president is Selom Komi Klassou, deputy of Haho department.
This board will work according to the rules and the regulations of the parliament issued by article 54 of the Constitution.
The new board of the parliament is formed by 11 members, all from UNIR.
